you made a mistake with our room reservation but you sorted it out by giving us a junior suite which was very nice along with a bottle of champagne. your staff were very nice and helpful and a big thank you to Fred in the bar for looking after us so well, and of course the manager on duty when we checked in last Thursday afternoon.

Great location, superb comfort in deluxe room. Lovely bathroom, impressive hotel lobby, bar and restaurant. The best beach is just at the western end of Deauville - a beautiful 6km long empty stretch of sand too.

I came to Deauville for my birthday, and mentioned that to the room service lady who delivered my dinner. When I came back to my room from a walk, I found a small and sweet surprise there, which was very kind! I stayed early pre-Christmas, so I didn't face any difficulties related to crowds of guests. The spa facilities are amazing as well, didn't check the swimming pool though. All the staff members I interacted with were extremely nice and welcoming.

The wonderful ambience of the hotel, the delicious food in the restaurant (especially the breakfast!), the superb service and friendliness of the staff, the great location (close to the beach and to the town).

The breakfast was fantastic. The kid's club was very convenient and run by really nice people. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Fantastic location.

Really was amazing staff and the location perfect every thing close by also the beach wonderful the most things I loved is shopping 😀 and very kind staff all of them helpfully and smiling 😊
